ABOUT US

VICO (Valdostana Impresa Costruzioni) was founded in 1987 as an evolution and development of the original “Colliard Giovanni”, a company founded in the post-war period by the initiative of the Colliard brothers. Since its origins it has been located in Aosta Valley in Hône and has carried out in recent years of activity countless orders for Aosta Valley clients (Region, Municipalities, Consortia and private) and not.
During the years of activity VICO has successfully increased its skills and the number of its collaborators, until it reaches a well-knit and productive team able to intervene with professionalism in various construction sectors.
The Group’s leadership is represented by the Chief Executive Officer Ezio Colliard and his sons Tiziano and Arianna. The first line of staff is of a young age and trained in a participatory working style and based on the achievement of the objectives.
At the VICO headquarters it concentrates the main activities: among these we mention management offices, internal /external warehouses, plants for the production of concrete or the treatment of inerti materials, an equipped workshop for the maintenance and repair of its vehicles and a metal carpentry department. In addition, VICO has the latest generation of vehicles and equipment, often updating its fleet.
The conformation of the territory and the requests of our customers / clients has led us to specialize also in high mountain work during the summer period. To cope with these activities, highly specialized teams equipped with suitable equipment have been equipped, able to operate anywhere and in a short time.
Vico is currently a major player in the construction of high-level residential and hotel buildings, in public works and infrastructures and in ski lifts and snowmaking.
Vico S.r.l. for several years has been regularly certified by the competent bodies with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 certificates. Through a compliance management system, VICO S.r.l. defines, in addition to the management system for quality, environment, health and safety certification, its general organizational model 231 and the organizational model bearing the provisions of Legislative Decree 14/2019 for the prevention of the business crisis and for its operational continuity.

Hotel

VICO specializes in the design and construction of hotel structures also thanks to a strong management know-how that allows to create targeted and tailored made solutions upon the needs of investors and managers. VICO has a network of contacts in the sector that allows to find the most suitable and professional solutions for each operation.

Housing

VICO is a leader in the design and construction of residential properties with particular reference to the high end but also in relation to intervention solutions for condominium complexes such as in relation to super bonus.
VICO is also specialized in identifying and finding optimal areas with respect to location and reference market.
The architects involved in the VICO network and the very high specialization of the workers are the basis of solutions at the highest levels both in terms of aesthetics, functional and energy saving.

The knowledge of materials, the skills of technicians and the experience gained in relations with the Superintendences and ART Departments place VICO as a leader in renovations and conservative restoration interventions also on protected goods.

Infrastructures

The construction of roads and various types of connection on asphalt or other surfaces is part of the VICO DNA that is equipped with state-of-the-art vehicles and workers in the sector.
Design and construction of public and private green areas. Within our structure we find an agronomist, specialized workers and specific equipment for the formation and maintenance of greenery such as parks, gardens, roundabouts, flower beds and sports facilities.
Our company also offers specific experience in environmental restoration and redevelopment, which can be divided into interventions on historic villages (refurbishment of flooring, urban furnishings) or on the restoration of green or wooded areas (such as hydrosemines and naturalistic engineering works).

Over the years VICO has developed a high know-how in relation to the design and construction of ski lifts both with reference to winter resorts and in the urban and hilly environment. Know how is also deep in artificial snowmaking plants.
